Nikola Beim is Amsterdam based architect, focusing on experimental architecture, product design, and visual representation.

Nikola is part of a collective birdkids, which designs and manufactures electronic musical instruments.

She holds Master of Architecture from University of Applied Arts Vienna, Studio Hani Rashid.
She received her bachelor degree in architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design Bratislava in 2014. 

During Fall 2017, Nikola did an exchange semester at SCI-Arc in Los Angeles, California.

Currently, Nikola works as a Junior Architect at UNStudio, Amsterdam. Previously, she worked in various architectural offices across Europe such as LAVA, Studio 2050 in Stuttgart, Project A01 in Vienna or Totalstudio in Bratislava.

Her work was exhibited on Venice Biennale of Architecture at Czechoslovak Pavilion in 2014, at The Essence 16 and  The Essence 17 .

She published essays and reviews in architectural and design magazines worldwide.
